Cabo San Lucas will be celebrating Mexico’s Bicentennial, September 16, 2010 with the revelation of the new Cultural Pavilion ; the rest of Mexico is preparing to celebrate a memorable 200 years of independence with the usual fare. Cabo’s Pavilion is the first building of its kind in the state of Baja California Sur and it aims to cultivate the artistic and cultural expressions of this particular region of Mexico.

Located along the Cabo San Lucas Marina and many of the luxury hotels Cabo in known for, the Cultural Pavilion will consist of 6 buildings when completed. The project creates a unified space where residents and tourists alike will enjoy traditional Mexican concerts, art exhibits, dances, expositions and international seminars. The Arts and Biodiversity Pavilion, which is the 1st of the six buildings to open to the public, will be unveiled in September 2010.

Cabo was chosen by the Mexican government and their goal behind picking Cabo as the home to the Cultural Pavilion is to promote and preserve the Mexican culture and to further attract visitors to this premiere vacation destination. Once the project is completed, the Pavilion will feature theatres, both enclosed and open-air, shopping centers, cinemas, restaurants, a library and a museum. Landscape Lights should not Remove Shadows

Landscape lighting is most effective when planned to synchronize with your indoor lighting and outdoor lighting systems as well. Creating a sense of uniformity between the two will make your yard and landscape become a part of a whole. Your landscape and yard are a part of your home and should be treated as an extension of the entire living experience enjoyed inside your home.

The way to do this is to plan for the landscape lights to utilize shadows to your advantage. Many homeowners feel that shadows are a bad thing, but nothing could be further from the truth. Landscape lights works best as a blend between light and shadow; balancing darkness and light will create all sorts of luminary effects and will put you into different state-of-mind. Using soft ambient light from trees to bath exceptionally dark areas of the yard will mimic the effects on a moonlit night, which creates a very romantic atmosphere. Placing landscape lights inside shrubs and flower beds creates a magical effect and makes the plants appear to glow from their own internal light.

Planning your landscaping lighting layout should also include a landscape lighting maintenance program, which is all about how you would like to feel when you look outside your window in the evening time or how you want to spend a warm summer night out on the patio. Use the plants, trees and gardens for the shadows they already cast to your advantage to create a wonderful place to spend your evenings either by yourself or with friends.

Where to Eat in Orlando

If you visit Orlando you are more than likely going to visit one or more of the great theme parks the city is so famous for having. Meanwhile, you are also likely to enjoy one or more or perhaps even many great meals while you are there, and hopefully not all of them will come from Sea World, Disney World or Universal. Not to imply there is anything wrong with the food there, in fact, there are a number of fabulous offerings. However, the city itself has some great restaurants and guests in an Orlando hotel are more than encouraged to explore them while visiting the city.

Some of the most popular restaurants are also some of the city’s tourist attractions. With famous names like Emeril’s Orlando, it’s difficult not to draw attention. And with great offerings like the red marble steaks and burgers it’s even more difficult to bypass. Ceviche Tapas Bar and Restaurant is another favorite and also happens to be part of a famous series. This place has some of the most original spins on great Spanish classics and is well known for their specialties and cathedral ceilings. Their Sangria recipe is a favorite and was voted to be the best in Orlando. These are just a couple of the favorite options for the guests in an airport hotel, but they give you and idea of the great options found in the city.

Mayra Avellar and Rio

In terms of sumptuousness in all things, Rio has an edge over nearly every other city that was ever in contention. The center of town is one of the liveliest places on earth, and it’s extremes of conspicuous displays of the good life are visible long after Carnival is over. The city has beautiful versions of everything that’s good in the world, food, beach, the 5-star accommodations, and for some reason, here it just all seems even better than good.

Aside from the nightclubs that have captured the attention of poets and filmmakers for decades, there are a number of other spectacular things about the city that make it well worth spending time here. The glitz and the glamor are very much a living presence, but the city also fosters some rather extraordinary people. These can be artists and theater-makers, as well as professors and writers. People like Mayra Avellar are not only practicing their art forms in the city, but also changing the world for the better.

This was made manifest when Desmond Tutu awarded her the Children’s Peace Prize in 2008. It was for her work with her company, The Favela Force Theater, that works to bring attention to the conditions of children in the favelas, and to find possibilities for change.

Many people assume that when the become full time employed by a company that offers a benefits package that this will include life insurance, which it typically does. The problem is that many people also assume that the policy that is provided by their company is going to be all the life insurance that they require for their and their family’s well being. Unfortunately, this is rarely the case and most of the time these policies will barely cover the funeral and burial costs, let alone offer financial assistance to the designated beneficiary. And for this reason it is always recommended that if you have dependents you look into additional life insurance policies.

Fortunately, there are various types of policies and structural basis that are designed to suit individual or family needs . Some of the things the various policies take into consideration is your income and that which is expected through the length of career as well as the number of dependents you have and your age and general health. On August 2, 2010, The New York State Banking Department announced that 1,800 mortgage loan origination firms have met the new licensing mandates as well as the Federal Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008.

Mortgage firms, under both pieces of legislation, were required to meet certain professional criteria such as being registered with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry by July 31, 2010 and pass the New York mortgage broker exam , in order to continue doing business in the State of New York.

The state of New York also requires mortgage loan originators to pass a criminal and financial background check, be covered by a surety bond and be employed by a licensed mortgage banker, mortgage broker or a non-banker lender.

New York is the first state to make mortgage loan officers, not just the mortgage brokers and bankers, accountable to consumers and regulators for their actions and expertise as loan officers. In 2006, New York legislation mandated the registration of mortgage loan officers with the Banking Department.

Currently, with the Secure and Fair Enforcement Act , government has a set of nationwide minimum standards for the mortgage industry and a verification system that is accessible to both the consumers and to the regulators.
